Friday 8th May saw the launch of the “200 YEARS OF SCOTTISH RAILWAYS” mini-exhibition. This was held in the John McLintock Hall (the exhibition transferred to Balfron Library on the Saturday morning until 27th June) to accommodate the members and guests and allow the showing of our “IRON & STREAM” film on the creation of the Stockton and Darlington “Locomotion No.1”.
